Definitions
- Customer refers to the buyer of Products who has consumer status, meaning natural and legal persons who make purchases and act for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity they may carry out;
- Site refers to the set of web pages related to thecoastcapri.com;
- Prices are the costs of Products indicated on the site;
- Delivery Costs are the shipping costs of the Products;
- Promotions are sales made by thecoastcapri.com under special conditions for all or part of the Products and for limited periods of time;
- Cart is the virtual container on the site for Products selected by the Customer for purchase;
- Terms of Sale are the rules reported here that govern the relationship between the Customer and thecoastcapri.com for the purchase of Products;
- Delivery times range from a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 7 working days (depending on the area and country).
Subject
The offer and sale on the website thecoastcapri.com constitute a distance contract governed by Articles 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No. 206 (Consumer Code), as well as Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 No. 70 (so-called E-Commerce Law). The purchase of products is intended for consumers.
These Terms of Sale govern the relationship between the Customer and thecoastcapri.com for the purchase of Products on the Site. The Customer is required to carefully read the Terms of Sale that thecoastcapri.com makes available also to allow reproduction and storage of the aforementioned Terms in compliance with the provisions of Art. 12, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree No. 70/2003.
Purchase Methods
To purchase Products, the Customer must proceed with registration by entering their personal details, following the instructions provided by the registration program, and must complete and send to thecoastcapri.com the electronic purchase order form available on the site, following the instructions contained on the Site.
Purchase orders must be accurately completed in all their parts. The Customer must insert the selected Product(s) in the appropriate “Cart” and, after reviewing and accepting the contribution for delivery costs, can proceed with the purchase.
If the Customer needs to modify the purchase order or change some data contained therein, they must follow the specific modification procedure contained on the site. In particular, the Customer will have the option to modify the quantity of Products they intend to purchase, adding or removing one or more Products from the Cart.
After this operation, the Customer will view a screen containing the summary of the purchase order, including Delivery Costs, with a request for further confirmation of the purchase procedure. After viewing the summary, the Customer must select the desired payment method.
Contract Conclusion
With the confirmation of the purchase order by the Customer, the terms of sale and additional information contained on the site will be considered fully known and accepted by the Customer. The Order Confirmation from thecoastcapri.com sent to the Customer at the provided email address will constitute acceptance of the contractual proposal.
The contract will be considered concluded, and binding for both parties, at the moment the Order Confirmation is sent to the Customer.
The Order Confirmation sent via email by thecoastcapri.com will contain the indication of the Product(s) purchased; the price indication; payment methods; delivery costs, the right of withdrawal, in compliance with the provisions of Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 70/03; After payment, you will receive an email notifying you of the receipt of payment, and from that moment the timeframes for preparing and shipping your order will begin. If our staff should find any errors in your order or consider your order not fulfillable within the requested time and manner, you will be promptly notified, indicating your order as REJECTED. If you receive such a message, please contact us by phone. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order or by cancellation due to non-payment within the established term. In the product catalog published on thecoastcapri.com website, the availability of products, although constantly updated, may undergo variations not in real-time and without notice. You are purchasing products that can be viewed and described on our site, and you accept that the images of the products may not perfectly represent their characteristics but may differ in color and shades, dimensions, or accessory products present in the picture.
Payment
The prices of the Products are expressed in Euro and include all applicable taxes and/or duties. The prices of the Products do not include Delivery Costs, the amount of which will be indicated to the Customer in the purchase order summary. The price of the Product will be that indicated on the site at the time of the order. Therefore, any increases or decreases in price, even in correlation with previous or subsequent promotional sales to the purchase order, will not be relevant. The Customer can choose between the following payment methods: via PayPalâ„¢ account and/or credit card; American Express; MasterCard; Visa. Payment with PayPalâ„¢, the Customer must provide the required data which will be managed directly by PayPalâ„¢ without having to re-enter the details of their credit or prepaid card. PayPalâ„¢ is a leading company in online payments.
