Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order (the days will start to be calculated based on the proof of delivery). It is possible to make exchanges/returns only after sending an email to the address: info@thecoastcapri.com.
Products that are returned must not be used, consumed, or damaged, must have the identification tag attached to the product, and must be returned in the original packaging with all related accessories.
The products must be sent back in a single shipment and, if possible, in the original packaging that was delivered to you. Merchandise that is returned in conditions not conforming to what is explicitly stated above will not be refunded.
It is not possible to make exchanges for “Special Price” merchandise and items discounted by 50%, 60%, and 70%.
For exchanges and returns, the return shipping of the merchandise is at the customer’s expense. The customer can return the merchandise via registered mail or courier to our address: THE COAST CAPRI – CENTRO POST@ – VIA TERMINE 5, SANT’AGATA SUI DUE GOLFI 80061 – MASSA LUBRENSE (NA). In case of an exchange, the merchandise will be shipped by THE COAST CAPRI at its own expense, via courier, within 5 working days from receipt at its headquarters.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
